From the first episode, it is clear this is not some steamy fantasy getaway. It is a middle-aged dating experiment, and the results? Kind of tragic.

The show throws four “Real Housewives” (Gizelle Bryant, 54, Ashley Darby, 36, Luann de Lesseps, 60, and Shannon Beador, 60) into love again. They are rich and ready for something real. But even with a curated batch of men and the sun-drenched vibes of a Bravo set, the show becomes less “romantic comedy” and more “emotional scavenger hunt.”

In your twenties, you might pretend to like hiking or care about his vinyl collection just to keep a spark going. Not here. These women are done playing the game. Gizelle, in particular, doesn't sugarcoat her reactions. If the guy gives ick, she is out.
