Whether you are a full-time parent, student, or just someone who fights against the clock every morning, this one's for you! Breakfast is usually the most compromised meal of the day and since it is the first meal of the day, skipping it can influence your energy levels throughout the 24hrs time span.

But worry not because here are some tips to help you make yourself quick and filling breakfast in no time.

1. Chop the vegetables a night before

Do you like your omelet with veggies? They are a great source of vitamins and fiber so including them is a great choice. Rather than wasting time chopping vegetables, you should try doing the prep work the night before or simply during dinner time. This way you’ll be able to save time and get a healthy breakfast.

Running late for work and craving some scrambled eggs? Simply add two eggs into a microwave-oven-friendly mug, add salt and pepper to your liking, and pop it in the microwave. There you have it, a quick and perfectly cooked scrambled egg on the go.

5. Prepare it Beforehand

There are so many options that you can use to get a healthy breakfast. There are also many breakfast dishes that can be prepared the night before and assembled in the morning. Make some pancake batter and cook it in the morning or soak some oats at night and make an oats smoothie. Just like this, you can cut your time in half by preparing early.
