Kelly Ripa – $27 Million, New York

People discovered who Kelly Ripa was once she started appearing in the show called All My Children. She met Mark Consuelos on the show and later ended up getting married to him. The couple built a great life together, and they own a lavish townhouse in New York.

Acquiring the five-bedroom estate set them back about $27 million. The house was newly-renovated when they purchased it in 2013. Ripa is more than just an actress today, and you guys can currently catch her host the show called Live! with Kelly and Ryan.

Tucker Carlson – $2 Million, Washington

This beautiful Washington DC property was the former residence of TV journalist Tucker Carlson. The seven-bedroom house has a modern interior with a touch of minimalism. He isn’t its owner anymore, and the buyers reportedly paid him around $2 million.

He didn’t move too far away, for he just bought a new $4 million-worth home in the area. Carlson is best known for his program called Tucker Carlson Tonight, which he started hosting back in 2016. Other TV appearances he had in 2020 were in Ancient Aliens and Fox Files.

Steve Harvey – $110K A Month, California

If you watch the Family Feud or Celebrity Family Feud, then you must know who Steve Harvey is because he hosts both game shows. He garnered millions in earnings over the years, and he’s able to afford to live in a mega-mansion in California.

The exact value of the estate is undisclosed, but he’s renting it for $110K monthly. The  11,769-square-foot home has five bedrooms, a library, a huge family room, and a swimming pool. Aside from hosting, Harvey is also a producer, and he’s reportedly working on a Think Like a Man TV show.

Jay Leno – $13.5M, Rhode Island

Many of you know Jay Leno for his time as a late-night talk show host. He hosted two shows called The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Jay Leno Show. His net worth is at $450 million, so purchasing a $13.5 million worth mansion in Rhode Island was a piece of cake for him. 

The home has fourteen bedrooms and amenities like a tennis court and a swimming pool. He also has private access to the nearby beach. Leno doesn’t have a late-night show anymore, but he’s still an active host. He has been hosting the show called Jay Leno’s Garage since 2015.

Loni Anderson – $2.1 Million, Sherman Oaks

Actress Loni Anderson found herself getting incredibly popular in Hollywood during the late ’80s thanks to her role in the series called WKRP in Cincinnati. Acting changed her life forever, and one of the things she spent her money on was a house in Sherman Oaks. She reportedly purchased it for $1.9 million in 2007.

The five-bedroom home has a saltwater swimming pool and a media room. Today, she doesn’t own it anymore, and sources say she sold it for around $2.1 million. Anderson isn’t bombarded with a ton of acting work anymore, but she did make an appearance on My Sister Is So Gay in 2020.
